| Pricing: |
Each item is priced. This is your cost with FREE FREIGHT to your door for standard shipping to anywhere in the US contiguous 48 states. |
| Sales Tax: |
There is no charge for sales tax except for orders shipping to AL |
Free Freight: |
No charge for the freight cost shipped to any point in the USA (except AK and HI) from our dock to your door. You are responsible for any and all special handling charges—i.e. inside deliveries, motor freight to residential addresses, call before delivery, redeliveries, power lifts or any other extra charge. For large orders or large cartons requiring a common carrier, the driver is only required to move the shipment to the back tailgate. You will be responsible to have someone to help at this point or incur a redelivery charge. A charge for “Inside Delivery” is for just inside the threshold of a building’s ground door, not into an office or another floor. We reserve the right to bill you for the shipping charges on a refused shipment or a bad shipping address. |
| Returns: |
We have a 30 day return policy. We must be notified and give you a return authorization number. We will arrange for a pick up of the item. The return item must be returned in the same carton that it was originally shipped in and must be received back to us in new condition. After we have received the return and inspected it, we will refund your cost. Merchandise must be received back to us in new condition. All returns must be received within 30 days of the approved return authorization date. We will refuse any return that is not authorized or shipped “freight collect” back to us. |
| Replacements: |
At the time of receiving and signing for a received shipment, and it is evident a carton is damaged, please note on the receiving bill, “possible damage”. If a part is damaged we will promptly ship a replacement part. |
| Purchase Orders: |
We accept purchase orders from all governmental agencies and academic institutions on a strict 30 Days Net pay, and will from any approved company on a case by case basis. |

Pay Transactions: |
We use PayPal. You can rest assured that they have a guarded site and can pay by using your own PayPal account OR they will accept most all credit cards. You will receive an email confirmation of the transaction in a short time from PayPal. We do not receive your credit card information, so feel safe that your Credit Card is protected. |
